“NAMI MARINE- L.L.C” maintains the https://namimarine.com Website (“Site”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Nami Marine’s services and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

2. Service

Nami Marine provides private electric catamaran experiences in Abu Dhabi. Availability may vary and bookings are subject to confirmation. We may modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made via the Site or authorized agents.
• A booking is confirmed once online payment is completed.
• Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
• The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
• Prices include VAT (where applicable).
• Cancellations are not allowed once payment is made and the booking is confirmed. Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability.
• We may cancel or reschedule a booking for weather, safety, or operational reasons. In such cases, you may reschedule or request a refund per Section 6.

4. Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Compliance & Restrictions

• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
• Access to Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum facilities is not included in the booking.

6. Refund Policy

• No refunds for customer-initiated cancellations after booking confirmation (reschedule only, subject to availability).
• If Nami Marine cancels due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you may reschedule or request a refund.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
• No-shows and partially used services are non-refundable.

7. Cardholder Records & Account Security

• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://namimarine.com policies and rules.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account and all activity under it. Provide accurate and complete information during booking.

8. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Follow all safety instructions provided by Nami Marine staff and on-site signage.

9. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. Nami Marine is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from misuse of services, failure to follow safety guidance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Nami Marine or its licensors. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

• All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
• https://namimarine.com will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
• We take appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security; however, https://namimarine.com cannot guarantee the security of information disclosed online.
• https://namimarine.com is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. Contact third parties directly about their data practices.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Please review them periodically.
