All bookings must be made through our website or authorized agents. Once a booking is made, an online payment link will be sent, and payment must be completed to confirm the booking. Prices include VAT. Once the payment is made and the booking is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may reschedule your booking subject to availability.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. Users must follow all safety instructions provided by Nami Marine during the catamaran ride.
